The parent company, Hilong Group established this purpose-built factory in 2008 as part of its global expansion strategy. Production began in 2009, enabled Hilong to consolidate its international business platform and boost its presence in the Middle East.
Hilong Petroleum Pipe Company is a drillpipe manufacturing facility and serves as the onestopshop for Drill Pipe and associated services within Middle East, Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia and Indian sub-continent. Annual capacity of drill pipe production in weight 18,000 tons.
By integrating cutting-edge technologies, with quality controls, and vision of sustainable development, a state-of-the-art drill pipe manufacturing facility ensures the production of quality products to support modern drilling operations.
The plant is equipped with advanced equipment and supplies drill pipe to API 5DP, Spec 7-1 specifications and sour service grades, size from 2-3/8” to 6-5/8”. This high-end manufacturing line can produce Drill Pipe, Heavy Weight Drill Pipe, Pup Joints and Crossovers.
